Task Manager
The Task Manager turns audit findings into a workable task list — so technical issues get fixed and closed, not rediscovered in next month’s audit.
Find it under Technical → Task Manager in your campaign sidebar.
Where tasks come from
Section titled “Where tasks come from”Tasks are generated from audits rather than entered by hand:
- Page Reports — technical SEO audit findings (single page or full-site)
- Lighthouse audits — performance and quality findings
- AI Citation Audit — its Transfer to Tasks button sends failing citation-readiness factors here (Track all issues)
If the Task Manager is empty, run one of those first — it will prompt you toward Page Reports.
Working the list
Section titled “Working the list”Each task carries its finding and the page it applies to. Work through them by impact: issues on your highest-traffic pages and on the pages you’re actively pushing (your Low Hanging Fruits and briefing items) come first.
Re-run the source audit after fixing to confirm the issue is gone — for citation-readiness fixes, a scheduled re-audit does this automatically.
