Sharing & collaboration

Campaigns can be shared with teammates, clients, or anyone else who needs to work in them — each person gets their own StoryMint account and sees shared campaigns in their own workspace.

Open the campaign and click Share in the header. Invite people by email and choose their role (for example, Editor).

Campaigns shared with you appear on the Campaigns page under Shared With Me, with your role shown on each card. Open them like any campaign of your own — an Editor can use the campaign’s tools and content, while the owner keeps control of the campaign itself.

For agencies this works in both directions: share client campaigns with your team, or have clients share their campaign with you.

The number of people you can collaborate with depends on your plan:
