Review Analyzer
The Review Analyzer mines marketplace reviews for insights — what customers praise, complain about, and compare — for any product you name. It’s market research from the most honest data source there is: what buyers say after paying.
Find it under Shopping Tools → Review Analyzer. The Shopping Tools group only appears for campaigns created as a Product Sales Campaign.
Run an analysis
Section titled “Run an analysis”- Search — enter the product name as customers would search for it (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, not an internal SKU name).
- Analyzing — StoryMint searches and analyzes reviews.
- Results — the review insights.
The marketplaces searched follow your campaign’s target market — for example Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Blibli for Indonesian campaigns, or Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and Qoo10 for a Singapore campaign. The active region shows on the search panel.
Ways to use it
Section titled “Ways to use it”- Your own products — find the recurring complaints (fix or address them in the page copy) and the praised features (lead with them)
- Competitor products — their negative reviews are your positioning opportunities; their praised features are your table stakes
- Copy that converts — reviews are written in the customer’s exact vocabulary. Feed the recurring phrases into your product page and content — copy that mirrors how buyers talk outperforms marketing-speak.
