Content Calendar
The Content Calendar is where your content pipeline gets dates: plan and schedule pieces across all channels, and see the whole publishing rhythm at a glance.
Find it under Content → Content Calendar in your campaign sidebar.
Views and filters
Section titled “Views and filters”- Switch between Calendar view (by week or other period, with a Today shortcut) and List view.
- Filter what’s shown by Status, Type, and Source — useful once the calendar fills up and you only want to see, say, unpublished blog posts.
Getting content onto the calendar
Section titled “Getting content onto the calendar”The calendar collects work from across StoryMint:
- Schedule generated pieces from Campaign Studio’s history
- Plan ideas from the content engine — its Calendar tab shows the same pipeline
- The Content Writer can start a draft directly from a calendar entry (the Calendar starting point), so planned pieces flow to written pieces naturally
Planning rhythm that works
Section titled “Planning rhythm that works”- Use your Journey Map to balance stages — awareness, consideration, and decision content each need a lane.
- Let Channels strategy recommendations set frequency per channel (e.g. 3–4 Facebook posts per week, 1–2 blog collaborations per month).
- Fill gaps with Trend Spotter finds while they’re still rising.
