Search Performance
Search Performance is the Optimization suite’s home base: your Google Search Console data monitored in one place, with smart optimization recommendations and a weekly keyword ranking tracker.
Find it under Optimization → Search Performance in your campaign sidebar.
Performance data
Section titled “Performance data”View your search performance over the last 7, 28, or 90 days — clicks, impressions, and positions across the property, with recommendations for what to optimize.
Keyword Ranking Tracker
Section titled “Keyword Ranking Tracker”Track your target keywords’ positions over time:
- Click + Add Keyword to track a keyword for your domain
- Positions are checked for Desktop and Mobile separately, updated weekly, with the last-checked time shown
- Expand a keyword to see its detail; Refresh re-checks on demand
- Your plan sets the tracking budget (e.g. 40 keywords on Personal, 1,000 on Agency — the counter shows usage, like 6/1000)
Your Avg Tracked Rank on the campaign overview is computed from these tracked keywords — so track the terms that matter commercially, not vanity terms.
Where to go from here
Section titled “Where to go from here”Search Performance tells you what’s happening; its sibling tools each fix one specific pattern:
| You see | Use |
|---|---|
| Pages ranked 11–20, almost on page 1 | Low Hanging Fruits |
| Good positions but weak clicks | CTR Optimization |
| Traffic sliding on former winners | Declining Content |
| Indexed pages earning nothing | Zero Traffic |
| Multiple pages competing for one query | Consolidation |
| Winners that could cover more | Content Enrichment |
| Queries you could win in AI answers | AI Mode |
