LLM Visibility

LLM Visibility (also called LLM Brand Visibility) analyzes how AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode — mention and recommend your brand when your audience asks the questions that matter to them.

Find it under AI Search → LLM Visibility in your campaign sidebar.

The check is a five-step wizard:

  1. Persona — pick which of your personas to analyze. Each persona card shows their pain points; the check tests questions built from them.
  2. Question — choose the question to test, e.g. What are the best co-living spaces globally with strong Wi-Fi for digital nomads?
  3. Brand — confirm the brand name to look for in the answers.
  4. Analyzing — StoryMint queries the AI providers.
  5. Results — see your visibility score and how each assistant answered.

The score is the share of AI answers where your brand appears. A score of 0% means no assistant mentioned you for that question — a citation gap worth closing with content. Past checks stay in Analysis History with their persona, question, date, and score, so you can re-run the same question later and compare.

  1. Run an AI Citation Audit on the page that should answer that question — it tells you exactly what’s holding the page back.
  2. No page at all? Send the topic to the Content Writer and create one.
  3. Track the query in Brand Performance so you see when your visibility improves.
