Chat with a persona

Persona chat lets you interview your audience any time. Ask a persona what they think of your idea, your copy, or your product — and get answers grounded in that persona’s goals, pain points, and buying behavior.

Start a chat from any persona card under Audience → Personas, from the persona spotlight on the campaign overview, or from the Dashboard’s Quick Actions.

Toggle between them at the top of the chat:

  • Persona Voice — the persona answers as themselves: “What would convince you to try us?” gets the customer’s answer, in their voice, from their perspective.
  • Strategist — a marketing-strategist view about the persona: how to reach them, what messaging works, which objections to expect.

If you’re not sure where to start, the suggested prompts (e.g. What do you think about [brand]? What would convince you to try it?) are good openers. Beyond those:

  • Paste real copy and ask for a reaction — headlines, emails, landing page sections. You can also attach an image.
  • Ask about objections: What would stop you from booking?
  • Probe the decision: What would you compare us against, and how?

Each persona keeps its own chat history, so you can pick up past conversations. You can switch personas from the dropdown without leaving the chat.

Chat messages are metered by plan — from 25/month on Free to unlimited on Agency (see plans). And as the interface notes: AI may produce inaccurate information — treat persona answers as fast directional feedback, not a substitute for validating with real customers.
