Brand Performance
AI Brand Performance turns one-off visibility checks into ongoing monitoring: a set of tracked prompts is checked across AI platforms on every run, so you can watch your visibility move over time and against competitors.
Find it under AI Search → Brand Performance in your campaign sidebar.
Set it up once
Section titled “Set it up once”The configuration has three parts (edit any time via Edit Configuration):
- Brand — confirm your brand details
- Competitors — the brands to compare against (from your campaign’s competitor list)
- Prompts — the tracked prompts to check on every run
Then click Run Now, or let scheduled runs accumulate history. Runs are metered monthly (e.g. 0/25 runs this month on the Agency plan).
The four metrics
Section titled “The four metrics”| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Share of Voice | Of all brand mentions across your tracked prompts, the share that are yours |
| Brand Mentions | How often your brand appears in AI answers |
| Citation Rate | How often AI answers cite your content as a source |
| Avg. Position | Where your brand appears in answers that list several brands (e.g. #4.4) |
The Share of Voice panel breaks results down by competitor — seeing Accor 30%, Marriott 26%, Hyatt 21%, you 0% tells you exactly how far behind (or ahead) you are.
Slicing the data
Section titled “Slicing the data”- Platform filter — view all AI platforms together or one at a time
- Date-range comparison — compare the current period against the previous one (e.g. Jun 28 – Jul 4 vs Jun 21 – Jun 27)
- Prompt Results — per-prompt detail of what each assistant said
- Export — download results for reporting
Brand Performance vs. LLM Visibility
Section titled “Brand Performance vs. LLM Visibility”LLM Visibility is a deep one-off check of a single question. Brand Performance is the recurring scoreboard across your whole tracked prompt set. Use Visibility to investigate, Performance to monitor.
