Troubleshooting
Common issues, in the order you’re likely to meet them.
A tool is missing from my sidebar
Section titled “A tool is missing from my sidebar”Two usual causes:
- Shopping Tools only appear in campaigns created with the Product Sales Campaign toggle on (details).
- Some tools are plan-gated — e.g. Persona Validation, Trend Spotter, and Market Sentiment arrive with Business; the monitoring agents with Agency. Check Profile → Subscription → Feature Access (details).
My AI Citation Audit won’t run on a URL
Section titled “My AI Citation Audit won’t run on a URL”The landing page URL must be on your campaign’s domain. Check the domain on the campaign header matches the page you’re auditing (including subdomains).
Optimization tools show no data
Section titled “Optimization tools show no data”They run on Google Search Console data:
- Check the campaign header shows your GSC property with a Connected badge.
- Make sure the connected property matches the campaign domain exactly (a
sc-domain:property vs. a URL-prefix property covers different data). - New connections and new sites need GSC to have accumulated data first — a brand-new property has nothing to analyze yet.
I hit a quota or a generation failed
Section titled “I hit a quota or a generation failed”Check Profile → Subscription → Usage — monthly meters (generations, chat messages, analyses) reset monthly; resource counts (campaigns, personas) free up when you delete items. Workflow runs consume the same quotas as manual runs.
A workflow run failed
Section titled “A workflow run failed”Open Workflows → Recent runs — the failed step and reason are shown on the run (e.g. Step 1 (content_gap): all items failed). Fix the cause (often missing setup, like no personas or no GSC data for the step) and start a fresh run; paused runs can simply be Resumed.
My visibility numbers look stale
Section titled “My visibility numbers look stale”LLM visibility results age — AI answers change constantly. The campaign overview’s Tips & Insights flags analyses that are weeks old; re-run the check (LLM Visibility) or use scheduled monitoring (Brand Performance).
A payment didn’t go through
Section titled “A payment didn’t go through”- Card (USD) — payments process via PayPal; verify the card works there, then retry.
- QRIS / bank transfer (IDR) — access is instant on successful payment; if it didn’t register within a reasonable time, contact support with the payment proof.
