Content Writer
The Content Writer produces long-form drafts with a natural, human voice. The flow is deliberate: pick a starting point, shape the brief, then write — because a good brief is what separates a usable draft from a generic one.
Find it under Content → Content Writer in your campaign sidebar.
Step 1 — Source
Section titled “Step 1 — Source”Choose where the piece begins:
- From scratch — type a topic, or let Suggest brief propose one (suggestions are free and don’t count toward your monthly usage)
- Calendar — pick a piece already planned on your Content Calendar
- Paste — start from existing text, e.g. an outline or an old article to rework
Ideas from your campaign’s content engine and Content Gaps also open here with the topic pre-loaded.
Step 2 — Brief
Section titled “Step 2 — Brief”Three essentials:
- Title — the working title
- Persona — who the piece is for; the draft speaks to their pain points and language
- Channel — Blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, or Landing page; this shapes format and length
Open Refine the brief for optional fine-tuning. The summary bar shows the final shape (e.g. Blog • Long • Educate) before you commit.
Step 3 — Draft
Section titled “Step 3 — Draft”Click Write draft. The result is polished for a natural, on-brand voice — it follows your campaign’s Brand Voice — and you can edit inline to refine it.
Getting cited, not just published
Section titled “Getting cited, not just published”If the piece targets an AI-visibility gap, check it before publishing: run the target prompt through an AI Citation Audit against the page once live, and make sure the draft actually answers the sub-queries behind the topic.
