Trash & data recovery

Deleted something you need back? Deleted items go to the Trash before they’re gone for good.

Restore from Trash

1. Open the profile menu → Settings.
2. Click the Trash button at the top right of the Profile page.
3. Find the item and restore it.

Good to know

• Restoring a campaign brings back its contents — personas, drafts, and analysis history.
• Deleting resources also frees up your plan’s resource counts (campaigns, personas) — see the Usage panel under Plans, trials & subscription.
• If something you expected to find isn’t in the Trash, contact support as soon as possible — the sooner you ask, the better the odds of recovery.
