Workflows: automate multi-step tasks

Workflows chain several campaign tools into one automated run. Instead of running an audit, reading the results, and drafting content by hand, a workflow does the sequence for you.

Workflows are in BETA — expect the template list to grow.

The “Get Cited by AI” workflow

The flagship template runs StoryMint’s core loop end to end:

  1. Finds queries where AI assistants cite your competitors instead of you
  2. Drafts articles designed to close those gaps

Start it from Workflows in the campaign sidebar by clicking the play button on the template.

Managing runs

Section titled “Managing runs”

Every run appears under Recent runs with its status and current step:

  • Completed — the run finished; review its output in the relevant tools (drafts land in your content pipeline)
  • Paused — click Resume to continue where it left off
  • Failed — the step that failed is shown with the reason (for example, Step 1 (content_gap): all items failed), so you can fix the cause and start a fresh run

Runs happen in the background — you can leave the page and come back. Click Refresh to update statuses.
